New Student Registration Grades 9, 10, 11 and 12
Registration
Welcome to Martin Luther King Jr. High School. We are pleased to enroll your student in our school. However, before your student can begin registration, we must have the following information and documents for our files:
Guardianship
Person enrolling student must be student's parent/legal guardian. If guardian, he/she must present documents from probate court telephone: (404) 371-2664.
Proof Of Residence (Marin Luther King Jr. High School District)
You must present one of the following documents:
- Lease
- Deed
- Recent Utility Bill
Bank Statements. Phone Bills. Cable Bills and Driver's License are NOT Acceptable.
Social Security Number
Social Security Card or A Copy of the Card
Birth Certificate (Must show Mother's/Father's name.)
Georgia Certificate Of Immunization (FORM 3032 or Form 3231)
Out-of-State certificates must be taken to the local health center or your physician for a Georgia certificate.
Vision, Hearing & Dental Screening (Form 3300)
Georgia law requires all students entering public school in the state for the first time to have eye, ear, and dental screening! examination.

Student should present withdrawal forms from previous school with current grades or a report card.
